Executive Pastry Chef 

I started cake decorating when I was 16.  I started in supermarket bakeries and instantly knew that I wanted to be professionally trained.  I dreamed about going to the Culinary Institute of America and when I was 20, that journey began at the Hyde Park , NY campus as a student of the Occupational Studies of Baking and Pastry.  Soon after graduating, I began my career in Country Clubs, quickly becoming the Executive Pastry Chef of a very prestigious Westchester County Club.  Off Premise Catering  was my next venture where I was Executive Pastry Chef for 7 years.  The past 5 years have led me to Event and Wedding Planning.  This journey has been so fulfilling and I am so excited to share my love of cake and pastries with all of my clients!  Each cake is specially designed and created JUST FOR YOU!
